By using the website located at maedric.com and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms of Use"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

MAEDRIC does not accept or consider unsolicited proposals or ideas, including ideas for new products, services, technologies, or marketing strategies.Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, original creative artwork, suggestions, or other works.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and Materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5.2. Disclaimer of Warranties

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
• Warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

7.2. User Responsibility

We have no control over the content of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

7.3. Prohibition of Unauthorized Linking

You must not establish a link to our Platform in any website without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

8.1. Right to Terminate

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms.

8.2. Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9.1. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including local laws. Access to the Platform may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries.

9.2. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9.3. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and MAEDRIC regarding your use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

9.4. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of MAEDRIC.

9.5. Assignment

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party at any time without notice to you. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

10.1. Applicable Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.2. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be settled amicably through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of commencing negotiations, it shall then be referred to mediation administered by the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) in accordance with its Mediation Procedure in effect at the time of the dispute. If the dispute remains unresolved 60 days after the commencement of mediation, it shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules in effect at the time of the dispute. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the language of the proceedings shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.

10.3. Consumer Protection

Where the laws of Singapore differ from the mandatory consumer protection laws in your country, we will provide you with similar protection.
